Site Manager – New Build Housing

Oxfordshire Site

71 – 3 & 4 Bedroom Traditional Homes

£55,000 to £60,000 + Package (Including car allowance, pension & bonus)

We are currently searching for an experienced new build housing Site Manager for our client who offer a refreshing approach to building exceptional homes with sites across Leicestershire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire & Warwickshire.

My client prides themselves in building quality homes and requires a Site Manager with a strong background in developments up to 100 units.

Responsibilities

Role:
* Manage sub-contractors on site to work safely and economically, by co-ordination of all trades. 
* Fulfil accountabilities within the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Plan. 
* Manage sub-contractors on site to work safely and economically, by co-ordination of all trades. 
* Manage the issue of construction information. 
* Agree subcontractor’s long and short-term programmes and monitor performance against these programmes. 
* Chair and minute sub-contractor meetings and required or delegated by the Project Manager. 
* Manage direct site labour and maintain accurate records. 
* Organise and run toolbox talks. 
* Monitor and understand position against contract programme, discuss and agree on recovery programmes with the Contracts Managers

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have strong working knowledge and background with building developments to a high standard with references available.

Requirements:
– SMSTS
– CSCS
– First Aid
